A very special panel of judges did the honours for the 10th anniversary of Waterdown's Oh Canada Ribfest, including the organizing committee's founding members Gary Ewart and Hal Bushey. They were joined by MPP Donna Skelly, MP David Sweet, Councillor Judi Partridge and 10-year judging veteran Bert McCallum.

Waterdown's Oh Canada Ribfest is excited to welcome back some longtime favourites for our 2019 lineup of ribbers who will be competing for your taste buds - and your votes! As a general rule, ribbers sell ribs, pulled pork, beans and coleslaw, and some also sell chicken and/or potatoes.
